Welcome to Barwick & Associates. Our company was formed in 1995, is based in Charlote, NC, and specializes in commercial real estate investment acquisitions and development projects. We are a financially stable, well-capitalized entity, and enjoy excellent banking relationships. We understand the complicated special analysis models for In-fill Development Projects, Historic Preservation Projects, and New Construction Projects.

For over a decade, Barwick & Associates has demonstrated the requisite patience and team resources necessary for delivering successful developments and re-developments. Our strategies focus on property-specific goals. Our initial mission is to determine highest and best use of a specific property. Only when all parties agree on the end-goals, do we proceed with a development or re-development plan. We have consistently met the challenges of producing projects which preserve and elevate the financial integrity of the subject property, while observing the tenets of social responsibility and preservation of historic integrity.
